determine the general annual amount of financial state support to subjects of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship at the level of not less than 0,1% from the general amount of special fund of the Sate Budget and local budgets;
establish and secure functioning of national, regional and local print and electronic mass media in view of informational state support to subjects of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship, etc.
In the course of discussion, Committee members voiced out several observations to the bill.
Following the results of discussion, the Committee took the decision to recommend the Parliament adopt the draft law in the first reading and consider proposals suggested by the people’s deputies when adjusting the bill for the second reading.
